Dan is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, providing tax advisory and compliance services to a range of clients across sectors.​

He advises on a range of corporate tax areas within specialisms including corporate structuring and restructuring, employee share schemes, transaction support and tax due diligence and company share valuations for tax purposes.​
 ​
Dan works closely with clients to provide tax advice which is pragmatic, clear and commercially-led. He is a longstanding member of the Business Tax Group, originally joining the firm more than 20 years ago.​
