OUR PEOPLE

Kulwarn is a corporate services partner in the Rawlinson & Hunter London office. He has extensive corporate experience acting for a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large multinationals and has also advised companies on a number of areas including IPOs, acquisition and disposal related transactions and due diligence reviews.

After university he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1988 with Price Waterhouse, becoming a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998. He joined Rawlinson & Hunter as a partner in 2004.

Kulwarn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
