Salma is a Director in Rawlinson & Hunter’s Corporate Services Department and provides employment tax advisory and compliance services to a broad range of clients, including owner managed business and multi-national groups.

Salma brings with her extensive Employment Taxes experience from various in-house roles and her time in practice, supporting large multi-nationals corporations with employment tax compliance, including but not limited to payroll and non-cash benefits, discretionary remuneration including Shares and Pensions.

In addition to assisting clients in meeting their UK employment tax obligations, Salma advises on the UK tax and National insurance implications of cross border working, including expatriate payrolls for UK employers and Short Term Business Visitor compliance in the UK.

Salma joined Rawlinson & Hunter in November 2020 and enjoys providing practical solutions to employment tax challenges faced by clients. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), and graduated with a degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham.
